Do you ship world wide?

Yes we do offer world wide shipping, if you are in Canada please make your purhases on www.shoptheogstore.ca , if you are outside of Canada please make your purchases at www.shoptheogstore.com
Can I return or exchange my my bulk items ?

Unfortunately we cannot accept refund or exchanges on bulk items for sanitary reasons please see our shipping & returns page for more info about returns and exchanges.
Are all of the products in The OG Store Organic ?

Yes all of our products that can be certified organic come for certified organic sources. Items like salts and clays that are minerals cannot be certifed organic but come from sustainable fair trade natural processes. Please see the items info description for more specifed details about each of our products.
What currency are your prices in ?

www.theogstore.ca our Canadian site shows prices in Canadian Dollars. Our international site www.shoptheogstore.com shows prices un U.S dollars.
